박흥순 회장님과 이사회에
부산지회 안식년 관련에 대하여 전해드립니다.
항상 건승하시고 여여하시길 기원드립니다.
다름이 아니오라
지난 3월 27일 부산지회 총회에서
부산지회의 조직적인 안식년을 의결하였습니다.
기간은 11월 정기전 이후 총준위를 구성하여
내년부터 조직 활동을 하기로 하였습니다.
아마 정기전은 외부 기획자를 쓸 것입니다.
안식년의 미션은 새로운 조직구상과 지역 미술인과의
더 너른 연대를 구상하기로 하였습니다.
때문에 본부와의 의견 조율이 불가피 하게 되었습니다.
만약 부산지회가 조직이 없이, 개인만으로 활동함으로
모든 연락은 카페를 통해 본부와 연락을 갖기로는 하였으나,
분담금 납부 문제 등의 년 간 활동 자격 시비가 있을 수 있는 경우는
지회 활동을(주로 회의와 전시가 되겠지만) 1년 동안 중단 하여도 좋다고 봅니다.
또는 안식년이라는게, 정관에 없는지라 협회운영의 혼선이 있으리라고 봅니다.
이는 총회 때도 이야기를 하였는바, 본부 집행부의 의견 내지는
이사회의의 의견을 주셔도 좋을 것 같습니다.
만약 안식년에 따른 구체적인 이유를 원하신다면, 이전에 미리 제출한 부산지회의
토론 결과를 참고해 주시길 바라며, 이게 부족하다면
전 지회장 이었던 제가 설명을 개인적으로 드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다.
새로운 본부 집행부가 들어서는 마당에 엇박자를 만들지 않았나 죄송스럽기도 합니다.

*부산 민미협의 내부적인 문제로 일체 관여를 할 필요가 없다.
*본부에서 지회를 직접 관리할 수도 있지 않는가.
*정확한 실태를 파악할 필요가 있다.
*광주 민미협의 전례에서 처럼 지회폐지 후 새로운 조직형태를 수용하는 방향이 옳다.
논의 결과:
*부산 민미협의 총회에서 의결된 안식년은 지회의 활동을 접는다는 의사로 간주되며
이는 지회의 활동을 더 이상 수행할 수 없는 상황으로 사료되는바 부산민미협을 사고지회 로 규정하여 지회의 모든 권한을 정지시킨다.
기존의 부산민미협의 개별회원들은 민미협 회원으로서의 자격은 그대로 유지되며 본부차원 에서 회원관리 업무를 직접 수행한다.
